Karen Slack’s debut album Beyond the Years — Unpublished Songs of Florence Price (July 26, 2024, Azica Records) has won the GRAMMY® Award in the Best Classical Solo Vocal category. Produced by Azica’s Alan Bise and ONEcomposer, the album features Slack alongside pianist Michelle Cann. Slack’s first-ever commercial recording, Beyond the Years features 19 unpublished songs by Price, including 16 world premiere recordings.
